We are the team at Elizabeth’s Bookshops: Lizzie, Harry, Kirsty, Nat, 36 staff and a host of friends.
Because we are a family company, you will have to suffer a lot of stuff about Toby Schmitz (actor in Sydney), Rory Schmitz (artist in Berlin), Harry (our overseas bookbuyer) and sometimes about Lizzie – the Chairman (yes, we don’t say ‘Chair’ or ‘Chairwoman’!) of the whole show.
Our seven ”bricks and mortar” bookshops have been established since 1973 in Perth and Sydney and we set up an “online” bookshop in 2005.
